Calvados Adrien Camut

Camut produces exceptional Calvados in the Pays d'Auge region. Orchard management of 45 hectares of apple is completely organic. Apples are collected from the ground and selected for their quality. The Camut family slowly distills the cider, obtained by the fermentation of apple juice in double distillation stills. Calvados is then aged for at least 6 years in large oak barrels.
