The Champagne house Jacquesson, founded in 1798, owns thirty hectares of vineyards in Avize, Ay, Dizy and Hautvilliers. The Chiquet brothers, Jean-Hervé and Laurent, produce champagnes that are popular among amateurs due to their gourmand style, complexity and rarity. Their concept cuvée 700, made from an assemblage of several years, developed from the first press juice and only from Grands Crus and Premiers Crus, is the equivalent of a vintage. These wines are disgorged between three years and a half and four years and a half after the harvest of the base year. For the Cuvée 700 D. T., the aging time is doubled over four years. The "Lieux-Dits" cuvées wonderfully complement this beautiful selection by their respective qualities: precision, delicacy, minerality and power.
