Since its foundation in 1808 in Reims by Apolline Henriot, eight generations have successively run this family-owned house, one of the last in Champagne. In addition to its own vineyard, Henriot relies on partnerships particularly in the Côte des Blancs and in the Montagne de Reims areas, in order to secure quantities and elaborate precise and elegant champagnes. Enchanteleurs" is a prestige cuvee, elaborated only during the best vintages. It associates the Chardonnay and the Pinot Noir, that come exclusively from Grands Crus slots of the Vineyard.
