Shipments

Due to the current circumstances, La Cave du Château will be closed, but the shipments of online orders will be maintained.


The delivery deadlines could be longer than usual and the click and collect will not be possible during this period.


  • Collecting wines at La Cave du Château, Paris:


You are welcome to collect your order free of charge, at La Cave du Château, during opening hours, from Tuesday to Saturday, 10:30 am to 9 pm, at 31 avenue Franklin D.Roosevelt, Paris 8th.

After having placed your order, you will receive and automatic  notice, within 3 working days, signaling that your order is ready to be picked up.



 

Delivery cost within France:


  • 12 euros for 1 or 6 bottles

  • 18 euros for 7 to 12 bottles

  • 21 euros for 13 to 24 bottles

  • 33 euros for 25 to 48 bottles


The delivery time for your order to reach your home is 3 working days.

Delivery in France in "Relay-Points":


  • From 1 to 6 bottles: 8 euros

  • From 7 to 12 bottles: 12 euros

  • From 13 to 18 bottles: 16 euros


The lead time for a delivery to your home is 3 working days.



 


  • Express Courrier:


You can also ask for express delivery in Paris and its suburbs (across the Ile de France region) from Tuesdays to Saturdays, from 10h30 to 19h00. Your order will be delivered to the address of your choice within 2 hours of receiving payment in Paris, and within 3 hours in the Ile de France region after the paiement is received.

Shipping prices are as follows:

Paris :

  • 33 euros up to 12 bottles

  • 41 euros from 13 to 24 bottles


Departements 92 / 93 / 94 :

  • 41 euros up to 12 bottles

  • 48 euros from 13 to 24 bottles

  • Delivery in a "Relay-Point" in Europe :


Les tarifs de livraison en point relais sont les suivants pour l'Espagne, le Portugal et le

Upon validation of your order, you have the possibility to have it delivered in one of the "Relay-Points" closest to your home, in your area.

The delivery rates are as follow, for Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg:

  • From 1 to 6 bottles: 16 euros

  • From 7 to 12 bottles: 30 euros


The delivery rates in "Relay-Points" for Spain, Portugal and the United Kingdom are as follow:

  • From 1 to 6 bottles: 18 euros

  • From 7 to 12 bottles: 34 euros





 


  • International Shipments:


We ship orders from Tuesdays to Fridays before 1 pm, for a delivery to your door within 3 to 5 days, depending on the destination country.

For deliveries outside of the European Union, the wines can be purchased VAT excluded, therefore with a 20% rebate on the price mentionned on the online shop, which appears VAT included.

The rates and delivery timings per country are as follow:

  • USA Shipments:


We ship wines and champagnes to your doorstep in the USA with a specialized carrier within one week (After we receive the authorisation from the US customs, and customs clearance non-included).

For deliveries to the USA, the wines can be purchased VAT excluded, therefore with a 20% rebate on the price mentionned on the online shop, which appears VAT included.

Customs duties may be payable by the customer, as well as taxes that might vary from State to State.

We are unable to ship spirits and liquor to the USA.

The shipping costs are:

  • From 1 to 2 bottles: 130 euros

  • From 3 to 4 bottles: 155 euros

  • From 5 to 11 bottles: 200 euros

  • From 11 to 24 bottles: 315 euros

  • From 25 to 36 bottles: 425 euros

  • From 37 to 48 bottles: 550 euros

  • From 49 to 60 bottles: 630 euros





 


  • Switzerland, Sweden and Norway Shipments:


We ship wines, champagnes and spirits to your doorstep with a specialized carrier within one week (custom clearance non-included).

The wines and spirits to be delivered to Switzerland can be purchased VAT excluded, therefore with a 20% rebate on the price mentionned on the online shop, VAT included. Customs duties may be payable by the customer.

The shipping costs are:

  • From 1 to 4 bottles: 53 euros

  • From 5 to 8 bottles: 65 euros

  • From 9 to 14 bottles: 92 euros

  • From 15 to 24 bottles: 149 euros

  • From 25 to 42 bottles: 176 euros

  • From 43 to 48 bottles: 203 euros

  • From 49 to 54 bottles: 225 euros

  • From 55 to 60 bottles: 250 euros

  • Japan: the shipping for Japan (excluded VAT) is by the transport company YAMATO.The shipping costs are from 110€ to 3 bottles, from 130 € to 6 bottles, from 160€ to 12 bottles and it takes one or two weeks. A Japanese sommelière will help you for choosing the wines.
