A seminary, a corporate cocktail, an anniversary or a retirement party.....A shared tasting will sublimate the meeting, while encouraging sharing and conviviality.

Our unique space is opened to curious amateurs, as well as to fine wine specialists; the beautifully lit-up cellar vault providing a one-of-a-kind experience.

In the nicer season, also enjoy the tasting outside, in our courtyard.

Our multilingual sommeliers will share their passion in french, in english, in spanish, in japanese and in mandarin.

THE INITIATION : A discovery of 3 wines, over an hour, and an initiation to the art of wine tasting.

THE APERITIF : Tasting of 5 wines, paired with food plates, elaborated by our engaged craftmen.

Seasoned cheeses, subtly aged, delicate and spiced delicatessen, pie with natural yeasts, delicious chef pastries...These yet simple food and wine pairings often prove near-perfect.

THE SUPPER : Tasting in the form of a supper cocktail, with an assortment of both salty and sweet snacks.

The food and wine pairings provide more complexity, achieving a more subtle union of the bottle with the plate.
