Clos du Mont-Olivet was created in 1932 by Séraphin Sabon. It has stayed in the same family and is presently managed by Séraphin's great-grandchildren Céline, David, and Thierry. The 32-hectares of vines include 20.5 in the Châteauneuf-du-Pape appellation. The plots are very scattered. Marrying the many different grape varieties to the most suitable soil and microclimate enables each one to express itself fully.
