Clos du Rouge Gorge

Cyril Fahl is a rather modest and simple winegrower, but he still is a prime figure in Latour de France, a village located between the Corbières Moutains and Spain. That being said, the winegrower's reputation reaches far beyond the borders of France and Navarre!

It offers fruitiness, clarity and a lot of well-being at the tasting.…
The cuvée "Vieilles Vignes" has a spot among the top-three Carignans from France. This wine will need to sleep ideally five years in the cellar, before to express itself fully.
In the glass, the texture is supple and smooth, with again this clarity so moving, that characterizes the wines of this estate. It can be paired with stewed meats.
