Before the winegrower joined the family Estate in 1962, the wines were still sent to the cooperative, and the work in the vineyard was not the primary job of the parents. They instead produced several crops of different kinds, on the Estate. From this time, Alain Voge kept the intimate conviction that no culture can be developped without biodiversity.
