Ganevat

A former oenolog at domaine Jean-Marc Morey in Chassagne-Montrachet, Jean-François Ganevat remains for most the most burgundian winemaker of Jura. Jean-François Ganevat took over the estate in 1998 in Revermont, at the extreme south of Jura vineyeard. The estate covers 13 hectares, among which 3.5 hectares are vinified in red and 9.5 hectares are vinified in white. 26% Savagnin. The wines are dense and a great purity.
