Le Clos des fées

After working as a sommelier, restaurateur, and journalist, in 1997, Hervé Bizeul decided to take over Clos des Fées, a few kilometers North of Perpignan. His first vintage was surprisingly good, and the wines have gone from strength to strength ever since. Today, his plots of land scattered over 7 different terroirs in a wide perimeter allow him to produce a wide range of wines.
