This 22 ha estate is today a reference in Savigny. The pinot noir, often harvested in full grapes, confer a density and a softness comparable to their cousins from Côte de Nuits. The premier crus have a long ageing potential, and will eventually deliver great balance and fullness. These are aerial and subtle pinots, to be paired with a subtle and light cuisine.
