The producer
Domaine de La Pousse d'Or
The Pousse d'Or Estate has been established in Volnay since 1954, but its history is far more ancient. The current owner is Patrick Landanger. He conducted important investments in the vineyard and in the cellar, so as to produce great expressions of his wines, mainly located on Premier and Grand Cru. The Estate spreads over 18 hectares on the villages of Morey-Saint-Denis, Chambolle-Musigny, Corton, Pommard, Volnay, Puligny-Montrachet and Santenay. The vines are cultivated without chemicals, and the wines are aged 18 months in oak barrels, partially new.
