Domaine La Barroche

Siblings Julien and Laetitia are tied by the blood of Grenache. Both settled on the family Estate at the start of the years 2000, and decided to commit themselves to in historical village, that of Châteauneuf du Pape. A legendary jigsaw puzzle of terroirs, the appellation is in itself a library of grape varieties as demonstrated in the century old vines of the La Barroche Estate. The vegetal material, planted on cobblestones, or sands, gives birth to very racy wines. Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault, Clairette rose and white, throw their roots into various layers of soils. Strength in unity ! Finally, the common thread of the estate is nothing less than elegance, the vibrant intensity of a juicy and ripe fruit. "There cannot be a great wine without a great terroir, and there cannot be a great terroir without love of the vines": the Pure cuvées are living proof of the Barrot's respect for their land.
