Today an absolute reference in Sancerre, the Pinard brtohers are still a force in the vineyard. The relentless quest for purity in the wines, and an experience forged over the past decades are all key for the Estate, to reach the top of the Appellation. The Mosaic of soils that compose the terroir of Bué find true expressions in superb single vineyard wines, vibrant and lean sauvignons, from chalk terroirs. A madness among the greats: the Harmonie cuvée. A cathedral of tension in its youth, it broadens with age, seducing oriental silkness with safran perfumes. Other major chapter, the pinots noirs of the Estate shine with fruitiness, the juices are easier to drink than ever.
