Domaine Boingnères

Domain presentation

Domaine Boingnères

Martine Lafitte has skilfully managed Domaine Boingnères in Labastide d'Armagnac since 1953. She represents the fifth generation of winegrowers on this estate created in 1807. Her Armagnac is made with the Folle Blanche, Ugni Blanc, and Colombard varieties grown on a clay-limestone terroir. The wine is distilled in a Sier-type pot still with a 62-metre-long condensing coil. The Armagnac is then aged in oak and bottled when needed.
