Michel Couvreur
Michel Couvreur, who passed away in 2013, was a formidable independent bottler of Scotch whisky. The particularity of his whiskies lies mainly in the aging process that takes place in casks from Jerez or vin jaune, in the cellars of Bouze lès Beaune. Jean Arnaud Frentzen, cellar master, brilliantly perpetuates this work to obtain whiskies of great finesse and balance.
