Domaine Christophe Peyrus

Christophe Peyrus, co-owner of Clos Marie, undertook in 2013 a new adventure, and settled in the fresh soils of Cazevieille. His design was to put to use his experience of the past few years, and render a delicate and personal expression of the Pic Saint Loup Appellation. Located igh up the slopes, the vineyard that Christophe Peyrus took over are laid out in a croissant, particularly well exposed to winds. Aafter only a few years, the wines already express their delicate and silky balance. The UFO Spoutnik, a syrah aged in concrete vats, is greedy and particularly easy to drink!
