Domaine Morey-Coffinet

This is an Estate that we follow closely. Thibault Morey-Coffinet, who manages the 15 hectares Estate, embodies perfectly a new generation of burgunian winegrowers, curious and perfectionist, very attached to the respect of plants and soils. The winegrower aims at accompanying the grapes at the vineyard, with minimalist intervention at the cellars. All wines are easy-to-drink and sapid, like the Chassagne-Montrachet Village. The Bâtard-Montrachet, massive and dense, will need a few years before to open really.
