Domaine du Coquerel
Located a few kilometers away from Mont-Saint-Michel, the Domaine du Coquerel has been first and foremost specialized in Calvados since 1937. Pierre, who now manages the Estate, (and represents the 3rd generation) took a life-changing travel to India, and that was reminiscent of the road to the Cape. From this Indian travels, he came back with dreams of spices, and the desire to distillate a unique gin. Normindia finally was born, very seducing with its complex and fun bunch of aromas. Apple, ginger, lys, orange and cinnamon (among others) sublimate juniper. A gin to discover in a hurry!
