Domaine Goisot

The Domaine Goisot is located at the heart of the Yonne vineyard, in the village of Saint-Bris. The estate has remained family-owned sicne the fourtheenth century, and the passing generations would inherit a passion for the living, together with the vines. The Estate has been managed in organic viticulture since 2001, and obtained the demeter certification for biodynamics in 2005. Almost all vines are century-old, and planted in high density (10000 plants/hectare). Sharp and vibrant, the aligoté originates in a chalk soil, and embodies on his own the regularity of the Eatste. The aromas of William pear and fragipane make for a joyful wine, ideal to start a meal.
