Domaine Hubert Lamy
The Lamy family has been working in the vineyards in Burgundy since 1640. Olivier Lamy now runs the 18 hectares Estate, on the appellation Saint Aubin, including several Premiers Crus, but also Santenay, Chassagne-Montrachet, Puligny-Montrachet and the Grand Cru Criots-Bâtard-Montrachet. The Estate is planted with 75% Chardonnay and 25% Pinot Noir, and the different slots are vinified separately, so that each cuvee truly reflects its soil.
