Domaine Thibault Liger-Belair

The family estate is located in the town of Nuits Saint Georges, on the Côte de Nuits. Formerly a trading house, it is Thibault's father who buys the buildings and becomes owner of the estate. His son, after a few years of studying oenology, took over the property in 2001. Very quickly, the man becomes a spearhead in the region, by his dynamism and his ambition under any circumstances. In just a few years, he has been able to raise the wines to their highest level by attaching a great importance to the wine-making process (selection of barrels, restriction of new wood in maturation, studies on the whole harvest, etc.) The wines are full of energy, and are distinguished by a fruity of a great frankness.
