Domaine Pierre Vaïsse

When he settled in Terrasses du Larzac in 2007, Pierre Vaïsse only had 2 hectares to put his skills as an apprentice-winegrower into practice and apply the observations he made while working with Laurent Vaillé (Domaine de la Grange des Pères), and Frédéric Pourtalié (Domaine de Montcalmès). Strong with this rich experience, Pierre now chooses to age his wines for 24 months in average, and builds them to stand the test of time. The white wine « Cuvée du Hasard » was not born by accident! The wine, a 100% viognier, rejoices with its purity and generous fruitiness. Fleshy and full of energy, the wine clearly belongs on the table, and will match even the spiciest sauces.
