The producer

Domaine Jérôme Bretaudeau

Jérôme Bretaudeau settled in Gétigné in 2010, and now owns 11 hectares of vineyards, spread across 4 villages in Muscadet. The winegrower composes with a wide range of grape varieties, and containers. The juices are digest, bright and precise, a testament that a region with a tough reputation can produce very significant wines. We start with the Gaïa cuvée, aged 14 months in concrete eggs. This highlights the potential of Melon de Bourgogne. The wine provides a broad and dense version of this Muscadet grape variety, when vinified with great care. And Justice for all Chardonnays, with a wonderful body for these wines aged in Amphoras ! Ornaté is a real UFO, a fresh and juicy Merlot. And to top them all, the "Statera" cuvée, a...statospheric pinot noir!
