Domaine Le Rocher des Violettes

After having worked 3 years at the Saint Cosme Estate, in Gigondas, Xavier Weisskopf founded the Rocher des Violettes Estate, in 2005. There, in Saint Martin le Beau, he produces excellent white, red and sparkling wines. His old vines, more than 40 years old, certified organic agriculture since 2008, provide an exemplary precision. his cuvées "Negrette" and "Pétillant Originel", located on the Appellation Montlouis sur Loire, are made with chenins blanc. The claystone-limestone terroirs provide great minerality and great freshness to the wines of the Estate.
