Remy Pedreno, a former computer engineer has vinified his first vintage at Roc d'Anglade in 1999. The man is as generous and charismatic as his wines.The Roc d'Anglade red, made from a blend of Syrah, Grenache and Carignan is characterized by its astonishing freshness for a southern wine while the Roc d'Anglade white, made mostly from Chenin and Grenache blanc, is creamy and mineral. The Reserva Especial, created by Remy as a tribute to his grandfather Laureano, is a blend of three vintages of extreme finesse and great ageing potential.
