Saouma

Mounir Saouma, better known as Lucien le Moine, is a living legend and a true Burgundy enthusiast. Starting in 1999, he worked at several estates before establishing his own. Today, 38 different crus are crafted under the Lucien le Moine moniker. In 2009, he ventured into the Rhône Valley, settling in the Châteauneuf-du-Pape appellation. The Inopia, Omnia, and Ariosi cuvées are all vinified and aged using the same Burgundian techniques.
