Domaine Anne Boisson

The Boisson family is inextricably linked to the village of Meursault. The parents (Domaine Boisson Vadot) split their vineyard, to allow their children Pierre and Anne to express themselves freely. Today, two generations live and work side by side, and represent all together the strength of a truly unique Appellation. Anne Boisson is undoubtedly a figurehead of the new winegrowing generation of Meursault. Her heritage is precious: 1,5 hectares of vines (mostly chardonnay), spread across the villages of Meursault and Auxey-Duresses. A few ranks of pinot noir complete this heritage. During harvest, a precise sorting guarantees a perfectly sane and ripe raw material. At the cellar, a light stirring of the lees brings additional body, and the wines are never filtered to preserve their complexity.
