Brasserie des Voirons
Since 2013, Christophe and Barbara have taken over the Brasserie des Voirons microbrewery, located near Geneva in Haute-Savoie. The couple produces vibrant and unique beers there, meticulously selecting their ingredients for optimal brewing quality: pure water from the high-altitude Evian water table, and organic barley and hops from Germany and Belgium.
Their range is surprisingly diverse, featuring beers aged and fermented in jars or in barrels from prestigious estates like Clos Rougeard. They also incorporate macerations of Alpine plants, fruits such as citrus, and even certain grape varieties like Chenin. This brewery boasts a strong identity, thanks to the passion, originality, and creativity of its founders.
