Champagne Ruinart

Do we still have to introduce the Ruinart brand, that is paired together with the history of Champagne, shininng throughout the world ? It is even said that it would be the very first Champagne House, founded in 1729. This prelude was started in Paris, by Dom Thierry Ruinart, a wise benedictin monk, who lived at the time of Louis XIV. The latter heard and became particularly cirious of this "wine with bubbles" made by Champenois, who later called it "Champagne". Visionnaries and groundbreakers, the owners invested a century later the Reims chalk caves, to age their wines. They would first sell their rosé. The Chardonnay embodies the style of the house. This grape variety is king in the Côte des Blancs! Light, subtle and bright, the champagne is clearly in style with its famous bottle. Without a doubt, the House will have given its noble sense to Blanc de Blancs, two short words that escaped the language barrier, and can be read on the gourmet's lips across the world.
