Domaine Amiot-Servelle

The Chambolle-Musigny village hosts arguably the finest wines in Côte de Nuits. The Amiot-Servele estate owns a collection of the best Premoiers Crus of the Appellation, and since 2010, has added more plots around Morey-St-Denis. With the organic certification since 2008, the wines fully render the expression of each terroirs, from the tenderness of a Feusselottes to the aromatic explosion of an Amoureuses. In 2020, Christian and Elisabeth handed over the reins to their children, Prune and Antoine, who now run the 8 hectares of vines. This new generation comes with new ideas: the use of phytotherapy (natural treatment with plants) in the vineyard to reduce the use of copper and sulphur and the construction of a new winery (pictured on the right) of over 1000m² on several levels, which was inaugurated in 2022.
