Domaine Gauby

Located in the commune of Calce, Domaine Gauby has 45 hectares of vines grown biodynamically since 2001 by Gérard Gauby and his son, Lionel. They show enormous respect for the environment in the making of 3 red wines and 3 white wines of outstanding finesse. Les Calcinaires provides immediate pleasure, whereas Les Vieilles Vignes needs a few years to reach its peak. Muntada and Coume Gineste – among the region's greatest wines – have huge ageing potential.
