Calvados Adrien Camut
Camut produces exceptional Calvados in the Pays d'Auge region. Orchard management of 45 hectares of apple is completely organic. Apples are collected from the ground and selected for their quality. The Camut family slowly distills the cider, obtained by the fermentation of apple juice in double distillation stills. Calvados is then aged for at least 6 years in large oak barrels.

Located a few kilometers away from Mont-Saint-Michel, the Domaine du Coquerel has been first and foremost specialized in Calvados since 1937. Pierre, who now manages the Estate, (and represents the 3rd generation) took a life-changing travel to India, and that was reminiscent of the road to the Cape
