Whisky P&M

Corsican whisky P&M was born of a collaboration between Jean-Claude Venturini's Mavela Distillery and Dominique and Armelle Sialelli's Brewery Pietra. The distillation of wash (malt beer provided by Brasserie Pietra) takes place in a Holstein still and only the "heart" is kept. The distillate is then aged in French oak barrels coming from renowned Corsican winemakers like Arena or Domaine Clos Alzeto.
