Trained at Mâcon-Davayé in Burgundy, Marin was keen to get his feet wet in other winemaking contexts. He had the chance to make wine in Australia, New Zealand and South Africa for prestigious estates. Since 2015, Marin has returned to Arbois every year for the grape harvest. Returning to the
