The Dhondt-Grellet Estate is located in Flavigny, near Avize, in the heart of the Côte des Blancs. The 6 hectares vineyard is planted with Chardonnays, mainly in the cities of Cramant, Chouilly and Cuis, all classified Premier Crus and Grand Crus, and with Pinots Noirs, in Avenay-val-d’or, in the Marne valley. Owner-harvester for a few generations, Eric, Edith and Adrien Dhondt-Grellet propose precise, balanced, elegant champagnes.
